When you are connected to internet and suddenly the internet is slow or doesn't work, the dictionary doesn't work. Also when connected to the internet it doesn't work for the 1st time. You are making some network calls probably and waiting for the response and the dictionary doesn't work. Please do it in a different thread so that it doesn't effect the dictionary. Try connecting to a WiFi and then stop the internet and see if the dictionary works to replicate the bug.
